What you certify
The Certificate of Insurance, signed W-9, FMCSA authority letter, factoring NOA (or voided check if you do not factor), and any other packet files in your portal are true, complete, and current copies of the originals.
What this is not
This is not a new authority certificate and not a new Notice of Assignment. Those stay the documents FMCSA and your factor already issued. Shoreway may send the copies to brokers as part of your packet.
Duty to update
Replace expired, cancelled, or revoked items in the portal promptly, and tell Shoreway if authority, insurance, or factoring changes.
