Shoreway Logistics LLC ("Shoreway," "we," "us") operates shorewaylogistics.com and provides independent truck dispatch services to motor carriers.

When you contact us through this website or by email, we collect the information you provide (such as name, phone, MC number, and message content) so we can respond and evaluate a potential dispatch relationship.

We do not sell your personal information. We use it to communicate with you, perform dispatch services under a written agreement, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Messages sent via the contact form may be delivered by email or a form processor. Do not submit sensitive credentials (load-board passwords, banking details) through the website form.

When you hire Shoreway as your dispatch agent, we use DAT / load board access you grant (login share or a seat) and, if you have an ELD, location/share access so we can see truck position for dispatch. We use that information only to perform services under the dispatch agreement. You remain responsible for hours-of-service logs. We are not your ELD provider and do not sell location data.
